BFF-SPSB Children Science Congress is the only scientific
conference for children in Bangladesh where youngsters present their research.
It is an annual and innovative science congress for the primary, high and
higher secondary children to inspire, empower and expand the minds.
The 5th CS CONGRESS 2017 held on 28th & 29th December 2017 at United
International University campus in Dhanmondi jointly organized by BFF &
SPSB. 230 little scientists have been selected among 3800 participants from
around 2000 different schools in Bangladesh to present their research in three
categories. The categories were: Concept Paper, Project Presentation and Poster
Presentation.
11participants with 4 projects from International Turkish Hope School have been
selected for the final round of presentation. Zaina Suhaima Mahmud, Mashrur Bin
Sharif and Ahrar Haque from ITHS Gulshan Primary Section became the winners of
the Junior Concept Paper category.
Renowned and respected Senior Bangladeshi Scientists Dr. Sayeef Islam CALTEC
University California, Dr. Mofizur Rahman VC UIU, Dr. Rezwanur Rahman Sr.
Scientist of Atomic Energy, Dr. Jamilur Reza VC UAP and president of BFF and
many Bangladeshi scientists who are working presently in different fields in
home and abroad in Physics, Genetic Science and Software development areas were
present there to inspire, judge and guide these young scientists.
