Additional Security Measures
Dear Parents,
This is to bring to your kind notice
that, the school management has taken some necessary steps to enhance the
security of your children. We hope, that you will cooperate with us in this
endeavor.
Ø Carrying students ID card will be mandatory for all
the guardians. Without students ID card, we will not let your child/ children
to leave the school premises even if mother or father picks up.
Ø In the morning, you will drop your child/ children
at the gate. Our guards will receive the students and take them to inside. Our
security guards will not allow any guardian inside.
Ø There will be teachers on roaster duty every day,
who will continuously monitor your children while they are out in the
playground and at the time of arrival and departure from school.
Ø Our guards will be carrying scanner to check your
bags and other belongings at the gate.
Ø Prior appointment for meeting the teachers is of
immense importance. In this regard, you will make a phone call to the office.
On the basis of approval, your appointment with the class teacher or subject
teacher, time and date will be informed by the PRO.
Ø To get an application form, kindly inform the guard
at the gate. He will receive and deliver your application form at the gate. The
acknowledgement of the application will be communicated via e-mail to the
parents. Application forms will not be available in the office.
Ø For any academic or administrative queries, you are
requested to contact the Deputy Head or Supervisor between 8.30 am- 9.00 am and
1.30 pm-2.00 pm on appointment every day.
