Celebrating 43 years of Independence


ITHS - INT’L TURKISH HOPE SCHOOL ORGANIZES THIRD BANGLA OLYMPIAD AS A TRIBUTE TO INT’L MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY

ITHS has organized Third Bangla Olympiad as a tribute to International Mother Language Day on February 23, 2013 at its Uttara Main Campus between 14:00 and 15:30.

 Third  Bangla Olympiad has been performed in 2 levels - Junior Level (Class 1 to 5) and Senior Level (Class 6 to 12) and in 6 categories - Essay Writing, Poem Recitation, Painting, Special Talent, Singing for Bangladeshi Students and Singing for Foreign Students. 


Program has been honoured by the participation of Prof. AAMS Arefin Siddique - Vice Chancellor of University of Dhaka as Chief Guest, Mr Adnan Ozturk- Deputy Chief of Turkish Embassy in Bangladesh as Special Guest, Mr. Fikret Cicek- President of Turkey Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry  and many other distinguished guests.
Program started with the recitation of Surah Fatiha and followed by the recitation of National Anthem of Bangladesh by Gulshan Junior Section students.

Animals’ Homes 2013



The students of KG-2 learned about animals’ living places as a part of their science lesson. In this regard they learned the necessity of animals’ homes, the names of different animal’s homes, their necessities and so forth. In order to internalize the lesson, the students made different types of animals’ homes with colorful papers, straw, flour etc.
This was a project work on animals’ homes.
 
 

ITHS - Interschool Parents Badminton Tournament


  Another beautiful event was organized at International Turkish Hope School by its teachers and student volunteers for the parents on 8th and 9th February 2013. It started off as a warm day followed by a cold breeze as our Honorable Principal welcomed all the guests with a heartwarming speech. Around a hundred contestants, alongside their children to support them, arrived to participate in this tournament.
